If any of you prey, say one for my brother-in-law. He is a Green Beret, Chief Warrant Officer and his MOS is Counter Intelligence. So you can guess where he is right now. He has been in the counter Intelligence MOS for 13 years and has been to a lot of places in this world, so I know he is well trained but as you all know **** happens. As an old Marine (68-71) I hope we kick some butt tonight.

Yup. Just heard that we have special forces on the ground engaged with the taliban.

I saw that there was defectors in droves... according to the tv. "Hardened taliban fighters" yesterday... . defector today. How convient.

I have no doubts that we will be victorious, however it will not be an "easy fight".

I just hope we dont have too many casualties. One of our guys is worth more than that whole rat infested country.

From what I read late last week on WorldNetDaily (wnd.com), this is just a way of life for these taliban people.



They are on your side today while everything is nice and rosey, but when things don't look very good for them, they will defect to your enemy tomorrow in hopes of a better deal, but will re-defect back if they think it's in their best interest.



And they expect someone to trust them ??
