It Was A Little Grabby At First The It Smoothed Out. I Have Not Had It Slip Yet. The Truck Was Dyno. At 244hp/617ftlbs After I Put It In. I Have Since Took The Muff Out And Went From A Tst #8 To A #5. I Have Yet To Dyno It. The Only Time It's Kind Of Been A Pain Is Backing Up A Trailer It Can Be A Little Grabby Still.
... guess thats not too bad. I just installed a Val-air feramic rated at 450 hp. It was smooth at first, then I trailered about 8000lbs from IL to TX. It slipped a few times getting back on the freeway, then after we unloaded, now its grabby I wouldn't recommend a Val-air to anyone who uses their truck to tow.
Just curious, why didn't you go with the South Bend clutch?
