The DC p/n is 051775538AA, and it is supposed to replace the old 05080885AA engine mounted lift pump (Cummins p/ns 3990082 & 3990105).
$380. 00 List, so it's pricey.
I have .jpg copies of the Mopar instruction sheet and of course it doesn't mention the negatives of the old pump, nor the benefits of the new in-tank version. The word is a two to three hour installation time.
What have you guys heard about this?
What is this new in-tank version supposed to do for us?
Oh yeah, my signature does indicate that I drive a 12V, but I deal with a lot of folks who have ISBs.
