I got a question for you guys. I know your not supposed to drive with 2 different size tires on the same axle but in theory how low would the air pressure have to be before there was a change in the rolling diameter of tire itself. As the tire deflates it get smaller, im sure not but much but is has to change some right?..... anyway i may be all wet here but i was bored at work and thought about that today. Let me know what you guys think. ALoha:-{}

Think about it, the amount of air in a tire doesn't change it's diameter just the amount of tire on the ground. It would only get bigger with more air if it stretched, sort of hard to do with steel belts. At most the diameter might change . 01%, not enough. Best to only run two different size tires to the closest tire shop.

If you run different diameter tires on a limited slip rear it's going to be toast.
