Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) inch torque wrench

I am going to buy an inch/lb torque wrench so I can adjust the bands on my trans. My question is how much should I expect to spend and on what type, clicker, etc? I know buying the best would answer my question but for as little use as the tool would get I would like to get something accurate but not break the bank. Any specific models or brands recommended?

For inch-pounds, the needle-types work fine and are cheap, the Craftsman ones are decent.

Harbor Freight you can buy a clicker online or in the store for 23-29$ I got mine on the clearance rack there for 17 bucks. It works good I checked it against my ft lb right on the money.
