Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Indianapolis transmission Shop?

Got another line on a reman nv4500 out of Indianapolis from ebay. I think the name of the shop is TransGear or something like that. Any history here? Said the unit had new better main shaft etc.

I can go check the place out tomorrow if you would like. Really couldn't tell you about the transmission. I really don't know much about them. I can tell you that it isn't in the best part of town. PM or call me if I can help. -Jason

Thanks for the offer. I talked to them on the phone some. I could find much about them on the BBB page so that's a good sign. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the transmission (I'm really impatient). I give a full review of the part and purchase experience later. Anyway, it has to work better than the one in my truck!
