2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Temp Sensor

Were trying to figure out why we have no power now with this industrial injection pump installed that came out of s school bus. The old pump had a catastrophic failure. The governor housing exploded so we put this pump on in place of it. We put the laser cut dv in it with the 4k gsk. Pump timing is at 19* and the fuel screw is turned up. The old pump we were able to hit 45lbs of boost with the phaft shaft 66 turbo from industrial injection. Now it will barley hit 20 psi. What are we doing wrong? Did we time it wrong? Maybe it needs more fuel? Too much fuel? I guess were just not sure if this pump is different due to the fact that it came off of a school bus. Thanks for the help guys. We ran out of ideas. Sorry about the long post too.
 
The medium duty pump internals were different than the pick-ups. At one time I had access to them for a very good price. I called my go to guy Piers,he told me save your money -they make good anchors
