Drivetrain Specialists of Las Vegas

Has anyone had any dealings with Drivetrain Specialists of Las Vegas? I am interested in a conversion from a NV4500 to a NV5600 and saw their web site but it had no address, which seemed strange, only Las Vegas, Nevada. I live here and it would be great to have a good local place to deal with. Any information or recommedations on this place, good or bad, is welcomed...
