Ingrown Toenail!

Anybody else have this happen. Can you recommend a good pair of clippers take care of it.

Hemi, just go to a pedi pediat pediatris, just go to the foot doctor and have it cut out, he'll cauterize it and it won't grow back.

"Won't grow back!" HA! I've had the same dang ingrown toenail cut out and chemically killed 2 times, and need to go again! What they would do is cut out the ingrown sliver and stick some chemical on a stick up where the nail comes from, the chemical is "supposed" to kill the nail-growing cells. It hasn't yet!

DrWish... . is that your method or is there another way of doing it? I'm getting pretty tired of limping once a year.

big ugly, I had it done to both big toes and they been fine every since by a doctor and the same way you described. It was alittle painful for a day or twom matter of fact i had a golf tournament that i caddie in for my brother.

Just soak it in #2 for a few hours

I only get them if I cut the nail too short, then when they grow back they grow in.

I suppose it may be different for others.

When I get to Heaven won't have to worry 'bout it no more.

If it's not too bad, cut a little V in the middle of the nail. The outer edges of the nail will grow in toward the middle and will come out of the sides. If it's too severe, a trip to the doc for the above mentioned treatment will be needed.

I should have gotten a bulk discount from him... . 3 trips got both side of both big toes done. He just cut out the end of the root and I haven't had any trouble since.



Just got old always having to cut them out myself...
