The Bosch 275 hp injectors will give you around 30-40 additional hp. If you shop for price alone be aware that there are knockoff injectors(not made by Bosch) in the marketplace. Spend some time and check with vendors that advertise on TDR and others on the web.

Roughly the same increase as the RV275, but in my opinion a better option.



I bought these in the stage 2 (80hp) configuration:

If I had it to do again, I would get the 40 hp DDPs or maybe the DDP75s. But probably the 40 hp DDPs that I posted above.

I got burned a year ago (over $1,000 in shop time!!!!!) with a set of bad RV275 knock-offs. If you buy a set that aren't in Bosch boxes, send them BACK!

Our very own Joe Donnelly, TDR writer and Cummins performance expert would be a good starting point. He may still sell them or may have a suggestion.

I bought a set of Bosch RV/MH275hp injectors from Joe back in the summer or fall of 2001 and Joe installed them in my '01. The injectors are still in the truck with 350k miles on the odometer.
