Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Having a tad bit of an issue with getting the injection pump back on. It seems that the 4 studs that go into the housing don't seem to want to stop moving. I move the studs into the housing so the pump can sit flush and when I back the nuts off to put the pump back on the studs start to unscrew again. #@$%!
How far in to I screw the studs in? What is the best way to stop them from backing out when I take the nut off ? How much tq. can I put on these studs before they break off into the housing ?
