Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Injection pump problem

When you start it up after sitting all night it acts like i have a cylinder flooded out and then it cleans out. When you drive it 50-60mph its like the pump goes into limp mode then if you let off the gas all the way ,then get back in it, its all right then it will do it again. Than if you drive it any speed over 60mph its ok it don't go in limp mode. Thanks, Doug

First try checking the overflow valve. Then check for sucking air from the lift pump to the cartridge in the tank (including the cartridge).
