Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Injection pump

My injection pump is going out. ya it sucks. i was wondering where is the best place to get a new one from? my truck is not a H. O. i was wondering if i can get an H. O. ingection pump and if it would help or hurt the engine.

check into industrial injection. That's who I ordered my new pump from. Lots have had good luck with these. They have two to choose from a standard pump and hotrod pump. The standard would be fine unless you plan on lots of power mods. Yeah sucks doesn't it... had my transmission done this spring and now the vp is going out so the other is on order. . do a search you'll find some good info

I got mine from Performance Diesel Warehouse They had a little better price than I could get directly from IIS.

I second industrial injection... . great guys and service. They include a new overflow valve too. Can't be beat for service and prices

I just replaced my pump at 64,000 miles. I went with the II HR VP44. I've only had it a couple of weeks so I can't speak of reliability. I will tell you that it adds more hp. How much, I do not know 60-80?
