Off Roading Supacat: a great use for the 5.9L Cummins!

for an everyday driver and a tow vehicle and an occational weekend drag racer, what VP-44 (so/hr/ho/monster/ect) lives longest? And what power does each add compared to stock on my application? I'm sure I'll need one soon so I'm shopping. any feedback is appreciated. :)

On my Heap the monster vp is better than a "II" hotrod with an ez stacked. Way better, only down fall is idle quality and tight convertor I am not sure how it tows as I have not yet and I think most people would not like the idle rut rut for everyday driving.

DC, Your truck has a SO no Doubt. Most of the NETDP guys (The Properly Valved ones anyway :-laf ) are using II's Rebuilt SO Pumps. Some of the guys are now using the Hotrod VPs, with good success. I have a SO in my ride, due to fact that I had a stock transmission, and the HR was to new at the time. Moose
