Archived Injector advice asap plz

Hi, i got a buddy w/ a 03 2500 qc, 4x4 auto. truck is in the shop right now, supposedly w/2 dead injectors and the other 4 on the way out. truck only has 73k on it... .



so, if injectors are bad, they want ~$3000 to do the job complete, including parts. is this a fair price? ~$2400 of that is the replacement injectors... oem i believe.

A quick hop over to MoparPartsAmerica indicates the price for a remanufactured OEM injector is $276 with an $80 core charge. So $2400 for the injectors at a shop with their added profit markup wouldn't be unheard of.



The part number for a 2003 OEM remanufactured injector should be R5086894AA.
