Finally I am to a place I can start doing some real upgrades (transmission and Fuel system taken care of) Oo. . I need some advice from you guys. I would like to invest in some injectors and have my eyes set on some Mach 2 or 3's or a variation in between. Look at my signature for the equipment. I was told that with Mach 2's I would run a chace of over fueling and definitely be there with Mach 3's. I was told that I would also need to upgrade my turbo and the guy suggest the Cool Twist. Anyone have experience with this turbo?

We own one horse and will be buying another one soon along with a 3 horse slant goose neck. ~10,000 lbs. I am currently living in Alabama but Washington State is home. I want my upgrades to be usable pulling the horses through the Cascades and even the Rockies. What are your suggestions? I purchased the Banks Power Pack (pump wire tapped) a couple years ago and saw the new Edge coming out this summer with GPS. I am thinking about disconecting the Ottomind and going with the Edge product. What are your thoughts on this?

My ultimate goal is to be around 500 hp and to be able to pull the horses and the family anywhere. Oh and eating some Fords along the way would be nice too.

With 500hp as your goal, you will need to upgrade your turbo. I would guess that with your current mods you are probably pretty close to your EGT limits now, when towing. The Cool Twist turbo would be a good choice. It will support upto 550hp, spools quick, and is very durable. Talk to Rip at Source Automotive for more info on the turbo.

IMHO don't go to small on the injectors. Don M's current mach injectors run really clean. I have Mach 4's and I live at 4600' and I don't have any smoke issues. Pickup runs awesome. When towing I turn the Comp box off, and my EGT's peak at about 1150.

I have put together sveral 500 HP usable trucks. The you will need more fuel then mach 2's and 3's..... If you upgrade your turbo put in some Mach 4's and go with an Edge comp or similiar you will be right there. I would recommend a wastegated B-1-2, this turbo has proved to be reliable, spool well with an auto transmission, and has the airflow to support and use the HP at this level.

I recently installed some of Don's Mach4s and there is no difference in drivability compared to the Mach2s they replaced. The upgrade to a B1-2 like Doug said made the package work perfectly. I pull 2000lb sled trailer over the continental divide(11,000) with the Comp on 3x5 and don't see much more than 850-900 degrees at 80 mph. I can't speak to other injectors but Don's F1s work. I would go with at least Mach4s if you are willing to upgrade turbo.
