I would be surprised if any aftermarket programmers really go back to a true stock Software. With the numbers so far off it should be noticable.

it was the stock file i pulled from the ECM before flashing to the anarchy tunes. truck always started kinda odd, doesn't sound like my 04 5.9, but no blow by, get's 15-20 mpg depending who's driving. i don't want to be putting a reman engine in, so i need to figure out if i should replace injectors, or take to shop,
One more question, can i replace the injectors or do i have to have a shop program the TRIM codes into the computer? No one has yet to tell me for sure if it'll run correctly without inputing the codes.

i work with cummins insite program quite a lot and if your readings were correct it would be runnung like crap.also noticed fuel pressure readings, commanded and actual, actual is reading 0 . the 2 readings should be within a couple hundred pounds of each other.may opinion, leave it alone.

The early 6.7's do use correction codes.Talking to many aftermarket shops, they ignore the codes. The correction factors are small. The truck will not know you changed the injectors but if you enter an invalid code it will set codes.Changing injectors will not fix your data imho.Have you looked at the data on witech or had a dealer flash the ecm?

We NEVER use balance rates to condemn Injectors, We do at times use them for touch tone info...Any shop that condemns HPCR Injectors solely on balance rates is trying to reach in your wallet. Return rates are much more reliable... Now watch out for shops that condemn Injectors when testing....If they test Injector(s) to meet NEW spec's used injectors will likely fail, than they will throw the fear card. Fact if your engines shows NO sign of issues there good, Vibrations, surging, hanging RPMs, Smoke, Long/No start, Combust knock, .05+ fuel OAs, horrible Mileage, are the most common, Now that being said if you have Injectors at 200K+ miles plus the 1st sign of issue(s) it wise just to replace them.. Don't waste $$$ on testing thats going to confirm what you already know.
