Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Injector Cleaner

Has anyone put injector cleaner in their fuel tank with a FASS system on it? The reason I am asking is because a use to have a PE4200 pump on my truck. It was running fine until I put some injector cleaner in the tank. The pump died on me about two days later. I am not saying that the cleaner had anything to do with it, but it is kind of weird. So I was wanting to make sure other people have put cleaners in their tank with a FASS system on it before I tried it.

I don't have a FASS, so don't take my word for it, but...

I'd say that your other pump dieing had nothing to do with the injector cleaner. I'd say you're safe, but maybe someone know better than me.

I have been running Stanadyne Performance formula in every tank of fuel on my truck for the last year, no problems with the FASS yet. Hope this helps.
