Ok so Im convinced I have a cracked injector, local diesel shop wants $321 a piece for stock replacements then $75 a piece to open them up  I cant afford this right now, where can I get some for cheaper?? Whats the best route to go. I dont really want to go to dealer just to get another one, then one that they left in gets cracked here we go again... Any ideas????

Call Industrial Injection and see what their exchange costs are. I believe it is considerably less than the prie you were quoted for injectors.

Why don't you take it in and see if they will warranty them?

Might as well go bigger :-laf :-laf

Dont trust my dealer, he screwed up my power steering box, dont think I want him putting injectors in my truck.

Local diesel shop said he would extrude hone and flow match for $75 an injector.

P. S. what does EDM mean???

they will not take a cracked or damaged injector on exchange will they?

Depends on the extent of the damage. A cracked injector tip is relatively easy to fix, use a new tip if they are available. A bad seat and needle is a bit more extensive and could possibly cost more. One needs to talk with the shops and get their insights to be sure.
