Injector Hole Count and YM??

Hey guys, I am having a hard time getting a strait answer on this so if someone knows please help me. What year models have what hole count injectors?

04. 5-07 - 5 hole

not 100% sure though... ?

I was helping a friend with a 04. 5 that had the 8 hole STOCK injectors in it!



I believe it was an auction truck... I think yall know how those trucks can go#@$%!
