Where to find braided steel line for fuel pressure gauge?

My truck surges really bad...

I installed my new DD2's about a week ago, thinking I was replacing some old stock injectors.

Well, I've since found out they weren't stock, but I am trying to find out for sure what they were.

I have been told they were/are marine 300's, but I've never heard of a 300... . 370 & 330, but not 300.

The number on the nozzle was 6816... . does that tell ya anything ??

or is there a sight I can go to to determine what they were/are ?

At this point, I am about ready to take the new ones out and put the old ones back in... save some money, and not lose power.

that fits in with the last dyno. 215 pump is roughly 180, 80 for the injectors, and another 25 or so for the plate.

At least that's what I've been told.

I'm just trying to find out for sure what they are, so I know which way to go... old or new.

take one of them to a fuel shop. They can take it apart and see what tip is in it. From that they can tell you what the injector is or was if the tip has been modified. Or open 1 give me the number and I can tell you.

PS couldn't resist a shameless plug

300hp injectors

you need the number under the nut thats on the large end of the injector. The 6816 doesn't tell you what you want to know.
