Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) ?? injector install

Two quick ?? on inj. install

1. torque value for intake and throttle assm.

2. is there supposed to be a gasket between the grid heater and the intake ? mine didn't have one there. TIA

The service manual shows that the grid heater and the intake top are one unit, I've never noticed nor have taken it apart, the TQ spec is 18 Ft/Lbs

Sorry I re-read the post again, between the intake Hat and the heater there is suppose to be a gasket.

Thanx Jim I'm talking between the grid and the manifold itself. I have one between the grid and high hat. I thought I read somewhere that it was 18lbs wanted to be sure. TIA
