Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I recently bought a Power Pup with the Crazy Larry program for my 04. 5... The truck runs awsome with it... Nice and quiet on the road. . Smoother then when it was stock and my mileage is up as well... One problem I have been having though is the other day I parked the truck at the gas station and left it running while I went inside to get something to drink... as I was walking in I noticed what sounded like an injector knock... When I came back out I popped the hood and proceeded to slowly raise the rpm's with it in neutral to see if the knock persisted at the higher rpm's... just as I got past 1k on the tach the knock dissappeared and she went back to running nice and smooth which explains why I didnt noticed it while I was driving... Today I went and washed the truck and noticed that the knock was completly gone when the engine was cold... It sounded like it always did... But when I got to the car wash it was knocking again... On my way home I hammered on it hard when I could running through all the gears and by the time I got home the knock seemes to have smoothed out a bit (not as noticable)... I have not had a chance to reload the stock program yet. . The downloader is sitting at my friends house along with a bunch of other stuff from our trip to IRP last weekend... What could cause this?. . Sticking/dirty injector?. . I have been running the Power Pup on the 90 hp setting (Crazy Larry seems to like sucking all the fuel from the rail)... Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated... I would really like to avoid haveing to take it into the dealer. . all the ones in my area are morons as far as the diesels go (had one service manager tell me to check the plugs and wires when I thought I had a misfire on my 02)...
