Injector pump rebuild problem

OK I need some help they are still stumped. I'm in San Diego does anyone know of a good 1st gen shop for a ctd.

Just an idea but do you have a boost gauge? if so are you seeing any noticeable loss in boost?

It went up over 20 when they turn the fuel screw which only add 1 MPH from 9 MPG to 10 MPG. The pump was disassembled and inspected and reassembled tested and reset to factory specs of 1.25 then advanced to 1.45. Tested for air leaks, tested the injectors, trans.
