Adam.

I talked to you yesterday about the USB. I hear alot of good things about them from some, but mine was a dud on 2 different trucks. I hope PHellen has great luck with his.

Weve put a WSB on Adam Sprague's brothers truck (Comp, DD-3's) And it was awesome. It spooled like no other. It's one of the most impressive turbo's I've seen. It was one of the first wastegated WSB's pius built. We waited almost a year for Pius to get the parts to build them.

I had just found out they were being made when he started his move. I have order's for two of them after he get settled in Oregon. We never put it on the dyno or any other truck. I dont know how it would work in a High HP truck (but I'd like to test that application) but in a moderate HP truck, This thing is extremely impressive.

Good to know. We also tested the WSB and found it to be quite responsive and well built. Almost impossible to blow up. It was originally going to be the Jammer 2 until the new ball bearing turbo came along.

We actually have 8 of the non-wastegated WSB's on the shelf, and another 17 coming in a week or two. Let me know if ya need one. I'm sure I can get you a good deal on them, and have the downpipes in stock.

I rode in Erics (Adams Spragues Brother) Truck at sears point. That turbo was very impressive. Spoiled fast and hardly smoked with the dd3's. He ran a 14. 90 with the transmission not shifting right and a bunch of tools in the back. I have a video of the in cab run on my website if you care to watch it. Link is http://www.nomastyle.com/nomastylevideos1.htm. Hopefully i can pick the right injectors and have adam tune the combo and hopefully i can be doing 80 mph with my tow hauler through the grapevine.

Adam, the Jammer 5s are 130hp, right? have you compared different 130hp injectors for driveability, smoke, dyno, etc? I'm asking because I've been reading that f1diesel's new Mach4 injectors have more power and less smoke than the older Mach3s, and i'll be looking for more than 130hp soon as i get my wastegate pieces together. before h2o/meth or nitrous or twins, i want to maximize this setup... others have gotten 600hp without the drugs.

I beleive the Jammer 5's are rated at 150+ hp. I have made 620+ with y 5's ang a little nitrous. I've installed the Machs and they work well. However the Mach 3's I installed did smoke more than my 5's and didn't seem to make as much power, However I didn't dyno them. I have not tried any of the bigger Mach's so I can comment on them. But the Jammer's work great.

Kieth I'll call you about the WSB's.

I have stock turbo. Can I put bullydog 4's in with out any problems? or will I need a bigger turbo? The most I tow is a two horse trailer. I want it to smoke pretty good but also need a street driveable truck as this is a daily driver for a college student.

BD 4's will give you the smoke you crave.

You will just have to run with the comp on 1 or completely off when you tow.

What suncoast are you running?

Wow, I am experiencing the same problem with my B-1, not sure what to do, on 4x3 on my drag box, I am only able to get down to 1200 pre-turbo egt's, pulling a tiny holiday trailer, with the Drag off, they are higher, and as to the comment that bigger injectors will cool your egt's, I saw the opposite myself, not what I was looking for, we are going to change the exh housing on the B-1 and see if that helps... ... any other suggestions? These injectors are pretty much equivalent to a Jammer 4 or more, I make smoke with the Drag box shut off, with the box on, it is even worse, I need to go in neutral at the lights to keep it from making smoke, on level 4x3 with no load, I can hit 1600 egt's without much effort, lot's of power though.....

triple disk tc with valve body. Warranty supplie the new transmission after I toasted the first one.

If your trans does not have the updated clutches in the direct drum, the high ratio lever and more clutches in the OD unit your trans might not be up to the extra power of the bd 4's.

Your TC will hold anything you can throw at, but even with your VB you might burn come clutches.

You can always just change the turbine housing on the HX35 if you get really hot.
