what are the torque specs for the injectors?

Preliminary Torque On Injector Holddown Bols Is 44 Inch Pounds To Seat And Then Loosen. Then Install Transfer Tube And Torque To Preliminary 11 Foot Pounds. Then Alternately Torque Injector Holddowns To 89 Inch Pounds. Then Torque Transfer Tube To Final Torque Of 37 Foot Pounds. Solenoid Nuts Are Torqued To 11 Inch Pounds.

Can you add small injectors, say 50-100hp and still be safe/cool with the stock turbo? How is the output (power/smoke) over stock?

Take a look at the Diesel Dynamics website. They have a truck configuration tool where you can play around with different power mods and the turbo will be upgraded according to the mod.

Smoke will almost certainly be increased. I would think mild injectors would work on a stock turbo, they probably dont fuel any harder than a middle of the road fueling box.
