I don't know if you can find a .pdf file, but if you search the forums... several people typed out their instructions... one I can remember was Vaughn Mackenzie.
No special tools are needed.
The injector puller: use one of the short bolts that hold on your intake horn. It is a 10mm, about four inches long. It screws down into the middle of the injector, then use a standard screwdriver to gently pry the old injector out. If you try to reef it out, you could drop the little washer off of the injector. The washer really can't go anywhere, but it can be a bear to get out. It must come out! A new washer will be on your new injector.
Connector remover: I think you are talking about the tube between the high pressure fuel line and the injector? I did buy a little screw-on tool for this from Cummins, about 20 bucks, but lots of people use a needle nose pliers. If you use the pliers method, be careful of the threads.
If you can't find anything on a search, let me know... I will mail you a photocopy of instructions... I think I have about three different sets in my garage.
