Are you talking about the fuel drain manifold or the fuel return line coming out of injector pump.

Fuel drain manifold returns fuel that cools injectors to fuel filter. There is no mention of pressure in 96 service manual.



Return fuel line, the overflow valve opens at 22 psi again no mention of pressure in line but I would think at least 22 psi if any.
 
The injector return line to the fuel filter has to have quite a bit of pressure. It shares that input with the lift pump so it has to have more pressure than the lift pump or the lift pump pressure would stop it at the banjo fitting.
 
not a hole lot , I have seen guys put rubber hose in place of the steal hose ,I was told that the bigger the injector you run the less return you will have so less pressure.
