I am getting ready to spend some of Uncle Sams tax money,,,,, oh wait that was mine first. :-laf:-laf I have moved the lift pump back to the frame rail and installed a Vulcan draw straw. I have a Hypertech programmer and with it turned all the way up and at WOT I still have 9 PSI fuel on my guage. Now with that being said do you think I will have enough to feed a set of 100HP injectors and do 100HP injectors give much smoke?

Also, during install do you really have to disasemble all the hard line mess all the way from the VP, or would there be enough room to slide the intermediate tube back and get the injector out if you just took the nut loose from fuel line?

You can slide the connector tubes out without removing the lines. Will you have the fuel volume to support the bigger sticks? Maybe but I doubt it.

Not enough fuel. You need to have added that pump on the frame to the stock one for the older style dual pump setups. You want no less than 6psi, WOT at any time.

Yes, the FASS would work just fine. Mine is able to keep up with my 75hps no problem. I had 110hp, but they were too big for my setup. They smoked too much when towing. I messed around with the turbo, though and that had something to do with it. If you have the stock turbo, I don't think you'll get too much smoke. A friend has a 98. 5 with 100 hp and stock turbo and his will smoke if you really romp on it, but otherwise, no problem. He's running the FASS, too. That's where I learned about it.
