I'm looking at the Power Wagon injectors and the sleeves that I have. Does anyone know if the washer comes off the injector to put the sleeve on and then put the washer back or leave the washer where it is and just put the sleeve on?

Matt - I just did my truck last weekend.
(91 W-350). I measured the washer and sleeve
and decided that the sleeve was intended to replace washer.
On another topic - I was dissapointed
with the way it runs with PW injectors. I had
more low end and 2 PSI more on the top. I made no other changes. I think our old (no
intercooler) motors had a better setup than
the 91. 5 to 93 motors who are reporting these
huge power increases. Let me know what you think after yours are installed.
