Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) injector torque

need to know the torque on the line into the injector . It came loose this weekend started missing , tightened it, but I don't have the values.

Tighten fuel line(s) at injector(s) to 30 N·m (22 ft. lbs. ) torque.

How did you check the torque. I can't get a socket on it and even a wrench is a PITA on the back cylinder

check it with a inch pound 3/8 torque wrench with an 3" extension and a 3/4 tubing crowsfoot .

Looks like I need to bite the bullet and get a set of crows feet. Can you get accurate torque reading with them

Or, you could just tighten them until they quit leaking. Don't use too long of a wrench and you will be ok.

Lets see, if I remember right, using a crows foot w/a torque wrench requires using a formula to get the correct torque. Boy its been a long time for that one so check it out before you do it.

move the crows foot to the right or left so the distance on the wrench is the same or figure the extra length in a ratio and proportion . but I don't think it's exactly 22 lbs do you I think there will be a plus or minus as everything else is.
