Injector trouble, need info

I have a 04 2500 that was having troubles starting, now it wont start at all. I have read through the forums for help with this but have not found any real good answers.



I have taken my truck down to the local dodge dealer to diagnose my issue, they stated that I was in need of new injectors. The local cummins shop confirmed this for me as well, I needed a second opinion.



Anyway, I am looking into going the formula 1 route and getting there nozzles and having my injectors replaced. Ive read on here that you guys recommend Don at formula 1 to do this, but I went to there website and am unsure how to proceed. I live in Denver, CO, who would be the dealer I would go with? Do all these dealers send the injectors to Don to get rebuilt? Thanks for the help in advance, Jason



Info on truck:

04 2500 150k on clock, diablo predator programmer, aem cold air intake, fass fuel pump, all else is stock.

Yes, they all send them to Don. They will schedule the service for you. Just give one of the dealers a call and they'll walk you through the procedure. I've talked to a couple of the dealers about having it done, but I haven't actually done it yet.

I have the F-1 Flux 2 on my truck and Don quickley rebuilt and upgraded them. Even though he had to fix all six it was still cheaper then buying new oem injectors. I love the 100hp injectors, but if you are not planning to upgrade the turbo stay with the lower hp. Drivability and fuel milage went way down and a blew tons of smoke until I got the twins installed.

FYI, they can be rebuilt as long as they are not too bad... just so you don't get a surprise.

I had one that was almost to the point of needing replaced, but he was able to save it. Buying one new would have still been cheaper than buying all new!

I'm happy with the Flux 1s... took him about 3 days with shipping.

Thanks for the replys guys, will be placing my order later today. Going to go with the Flux 1's, hopefully he can rebuild them all for me.
