I'm considering buying the bosch 275 injectors and I'm a little confused about what is called "matched sets". What is the manufacutring process of injectors and why will the characteristics of one differ so much from another; pop-off pressure and flow charistics? Aren't these injectors tested by the manufacturer before they are put out to market? What is the acceptable tolerances or pop-off pressure and flow rate or restriction of these animals off the assembly line? Considering the stock injectors are not matched sets, as I have been told, and there is such a wide difference in mpg reported from one person to another(with the same model an year truck); are these differences caused by the stock injectors? I thought Bosch was the ultimate in the injector manufacturing process; at least that's what I've gleaned from watching educational TV or did I miss the lateist special? Just what can I expect from a set of injectors that are not considered a "mached set", and what recourse do I have if they do not preform to expectatiions; is it a shot in the dark? There must be some specs that they are guaranteed to meet even if there is a slite difference between one to another.
