Injector wiring harness question

I am replacing my rocker cover gasket this weekend and I have a question. Do I need to take the nuts off the injectors to disconnect the wires, or just loosen them up and slide the connector out? I just want to know how careful I need to be, I would hate to loose one inside the engine. #@$%!

the nuts are attached to the harness! There is no need to worry abut losing them.
