does anyone know whaich injectors are Part #kdal59p9

tips are part #11 0433175040.



5 hole injector



Just had them rebuilt, pop test showed pop pressure from 3600 to 4000 psi.



are they a standard bosh injector tip?



pop test wa before I had them rebuilt.



anyone have a picture of stock injectors?



As soon as I can get my current ones replaced I will take pictures and post.

Holy smoke holes, batman. Those things ought to flow enough fuel for ya. My stockers were 4 holers with holes about 2/3 that size- and they supposedly flow about the same as the PWs. My EDMs you can barely see the holes. Spray anlge there looks quite different from the 6 holes stockers in the later trucks.

A bosch KDAL 59p5 body with that 5 hole 0 433 175 040 tip would

result in a part# 0 432 133 875 injector otherwise known as the

185 powerwagon

My stockers were 4 holers with holes about 2/3 that size

4 x . 0135" diameter holes in the stock early first gens... . I measured mine.

Ok, I stand corrected. But without a magnifying glass, the holes looked smaller on my injectors, for some reason. Our stock 4 holers were supposed to flow about the same as the above shown injector, werent they?

I took a look at the stock injectors that I pulled out of my 92 CTD and found the following:



The Body: 8965, kdal59p9. 169, 245bar, Bosch, France,

Tips: 9093 with 6 holes

Thanks for all the info guys. Looks like I will try them out for a while and see how they smoke. found on the 2nd gen forum that they are doijng a group buy on EDM injectors I think 20% off. may look to get into that if the money is around.
