Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) injectors or turbo?

Lost boost pressure can only build 10psi.just changed fuel filters have 19psi idle and 13 wot.pulling camper(18k gross)egt running little over 1000degrees (ran 900 with 18psi boost) checked wastegate unhooked rod and gate moves freely.sensor for egt is after turbo.
What am I missing waste gate actuator,injectors,turbo,or what?

Check the turbo, intercooler, and piping. 900 degrees post turbo sounds like plenty. What was it running before and how are you reading boost?Has the performance dropped off?

You can buy those rubber pipe caps at Lowes/HD with the screw clamp around the outside and install a valve stem in one. Put the large one on the turbo inlet the other on the pipe downing up to the air horn. Pressurize and listen for leaks. Could be as simple as a hose pulling out from under a clamp, however at 18 PSI that is usually not an issue.

Yes the performance has dropped, I have a boost/egt combo gauge,900 is what it ran when it had 18psi boost its running a tad over 1000 now with 9 or 10psi.I did check filter and air box,don't think my truck sits enough for nest.
I ordered a map sensor from genos should be here tomorrow, gonna pressurize the system tomorrow eve haven't had time due to work.
Using a handheld accutron scanner while being drove map sensor goes from 31 hg - 60hg but with truck off it reads 29hg,don't know what it should read,can't find that info.

Well folks put the map sensor in no change,figured I would remove hypertech programmer and go back to stock.things took a bad turn the programmer burped while transferring info and now nothing no start or anything.the tech from hypertech said their engineer will write a new program for my truck Monday.from what I've read i may be going to dealer for a reflash or new ecm we will see.
Couldn't find any leaks in charge system.
