injectors vs. box

I was wondering which would be a better way to go. I have an 04 6speed 4x4 with 4. 11's. The way I see it is I think I will be able to make more power for my money with the box. But, having a manual transmission I can't even use the box on the highest settings or my clutch will slip. Having a brand new truck I don't really want to go replacing the clutch. But, I would be givin-up my warranty by putting the new injectors in? Right? Also, will they know at the dealership if I have had a box? Dose the computer catch codes or something? I was just wondering which way some of ya'll more experienced bombers would go.
