Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Injectors with a programmer?

I just ordered DDIII's and a FASS for my truck. My question is has any one tried to use a Hypertech/Superchips programmer with injectors and if so how did it work? I bought the Hypertech programmer for my truck to correct for the 33's and a little extra fun. I know that there are other chips out there and I also know that I don't want to tap the pump wire for know. Can I use the programmer or should I can it and buy an ez or something comparable?

A programmer like you mentioned doesn't have a boost fooler built in, so you'll set an over boost code and de fuel. Look at a SMARTY, or a box with a boost fooler in it... .

If you want to experience BOMBing nirvana, you need the Smarty programmer to compliment your injectors.

If you don't want to tap the wire go with a van Aaken V5. They give really good power and work good with a nice set of injectors.
