Matt,

My trucks got 28,000 on it about 15,000 with the EZ .

The boat motor is a 540ci ,I've built up a new Bravo XR but didn't use it yet because I haven't blown up the stock bravo yet. So far about 130 hours. Just no holeshots and you must thottle it when airborne. The boat runs 81 on GPS

cwarner,

My truck has 20K miles and 10K with the both the 275 & EZ.

What kind of boat do you have?

With my outdrive it was a problem from day one. Made a lot of noise and Mercruiser warrantied it no questions asked.

Matt,

I've got a 1997 26ft Scarab.

I'm looking forward to adding the 275's. Even though I've been told only a 25-30hp increase it should help with the low end a little.

Ya know, I really wish you guys would quite confirming what I already knew and don't want to face..... just kidding. I really appreciate the input.

So I'll hold off on the injectors until I get the transmission.

Should I also not use the EZ until I get the trans as well.

Sorry if I am asking the obvious... .

The trans I can afford, it's the divorce that's going to break me!

Nope, I won't ask the fatal thread question... "which trans"!!!

How about "which lawyer" instead??? Somewhat joking, I've really got a great wife... who obviously does not read the TDR!

Thanks,

Bill

Bill,

Your auto will hold the EZ fine, considering that you have a 2500 and 4. 10 gears. I would go ahead and install the DDII's as well, if the transmission starts sliping let out of the gas...
