I got around to pulling the last banjo bolt today the inlet to thwe F/filter one. It had appearantly got through quality control where ever it was put in at. There was only three holes in it. It looked as if the drill bit broke before it got through the other side on the upper hole. I fixed it and modifies all of them for max flow.
The clicking noise is gone and I am blowing alot more smoke and the boost is up 2 pounds. My seat O meter tells me I'm making more power, I'll have to get over to the edge and dyno to see what improvements where made.
I would highly suggest you check all your banjos at the fuel filter housing and injection pump to make sure your not in the same boat.
