Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Installed #10 plate and 3k Gov springs

Well, I finally bit the bullet and bombed the goat... I took the truck in for the TSB on the throttle ball and socket. Talked with the mechanic about bombing the 5. 9. He said he had not installed the plate and springs before but was interested. He also said that he had visited TDR a few times (now he's a new member) and read up on the results. He took my truck home and installed the Isspro Pyro and 60# Boost gauges, tabbed the KDP, and installed the #10 plate and 3k gov springs. I picked the truck up on Saturday and, needless to say, the ride home was an experience!!! Absolutely amazing in the before/after difference. Geez, I shoulda' done this a long time ago...

Yeah, if you're like me you'll have to make a conscious effort to keep from stepping on it now and then, just to feel the power. :-laf



Even after the mods, my 98 12V got better fuel economy than my '06.

And if you're like me you'll keep stepping on it and get used to the power. Then you'll want more so you get some some injectors. Then you want some more so... ... .....
