Archived Installed bullydog pmt wont START!!!!!

Can anyone help sat I installed bullydog PMT and everything was fine drove 20 miles to store. Turned truck off and when I was trying to leave truck would not start. The screen said configuring to truck do not unplug well after 30min!!! I called a friend at powerhouse diesel he said to unplug and try again. I did the same thing went the props on screen and I am trying to uninstall program so truck can start. My Vin # shows up on bullydog and I think that is why it will not work.

Have you checked for any error codes from ECM/PCM?
