installed Edge Juice last night - couple questions

Ok - got the Edge Juice w/ Att5tuded installed last night. I did not put the thermocouple in because I did not have the tools to tap it at home. I noticed that the exhaust gas number was 141 and varied slight3y while driving. Is it ok to drive it with64t the thermocouple attached, will it mess up the Juice?



I ran it around last night and notcied a couple things, on 3 it will smoke like crazy. If I look at the go pedal it is leaving a fog. I pegged the turbo at 39 psi without trying. The alarm for boost was going off at 2/3 throttle accelerartion runs.



The G56 felt fine.

is it the hot juice, if so then what i have is the regular juice so this may not apply to you



I believe the thermocouple is optional so i dont believe it will hurt the juice, just wont defuel if the EGT's get too high. As for smoking did you adjust the low boost fuel mine came from the factory as 3 andi upped it to 5 and if you punch it it smokes, with it on 3-3 it didnt

It's not bad on the Juice but can be bad on the turbo if you're not monitoring it. I wouldn't run a lot over level 3, it can get hot. You also can adjust how much smoke you're blowing with the low boost fuel setting.

I don't see how not having the pyro will effect anything. Like someone said before, just won't defuel for temp. However, with your added performance, I'd definetly get the pyro installed as soon as possible.

You'll smoke on three.

It will not hurt anything to run the Juice/Attitude without installing the pyro sensor. You obviously don't have EGT readings or protection, but it won't hurt anything. I ran mine for months that way. The Juice/Attitude was better at keeping EGTs low than any other box or downloader I tried.

thanks for the replies. I hope to get the thermocouple on in the next week. The low boost fueling is set to 3 accross the board from the factory and I have nto messed with it. I drove it today mostly in 1 and 2. BTW it is normal, not hot.



I noticed a few times the indictaor flashing 0 when it was set to 1, any idea why?

I beta tested it, and I think your fine with out it, but I wouldn't push it to hard because you can run up the temp real quick! So be careful with it!
