Have you ever seen 40 psi? How about with the TST turned up around 4 or 5? It takes fuel to spool... ... unless you've got something else wrong.

caveman i took the boost elbow off the turbo this morning. . i didn't know it had a modified one on the turbo after a test run with the tst on 3/3 and the ez on two it would hit 39 pounds and go back to 38 the egt was about 1150 and that was riding the brakes to hold it back i then turned the tst to5/5 and didn't see much above 1250 what are you running for the intake system? i don't know what brand i have but it looks like a n afe unit with a filter that has a six inch inlet and cones down some also i'm running a straight thur muffler and no cat if you have an open intake system and exhaust maybe you have a boost leak somewhere?

I have an AFE intake. I thought the EZ would give it some more fuel to spin up. I can't see how I would have a leak. I might try replacing the hose that came with the turbo.

I adjusted the adapter neck that goes to the intercooler. I am getting 32PSI consistently now on TST 2/2 and EZ 1. I turned up both boxes and saw 38PSI. Still no 40.

I gave it a WOT run from 40 to 100mph last night with the TST on 2:2. I saw a max boost of 32psi @ 26-2700 rpm. This is with a slightly larger than stock injector. What you're seeing sounds normal to me.

OK, Thanks

Typo: I would hit 50+ PSI w\ TST on 5/5 or 6/6 and edge on level 2. Sorry for the wild goosechase. PS, Tlewis, did you get the DP yet?

We have spinning tires and lots of smoke!

So here is the issue. The 600s have an electronic monitor on the stock turbo. If you take it off and leave it off the truck defuels at 28PSI. If you unscrew it from the stock turbo, reconnect it to the truck and zip tie it up to something you get smoking tires. I have some good smoke out the exhaust too. Amazing how fast you get to 90 and 1300. Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo.
