If you can see them, they are the new 2000 and up style flip up towing mirrors. You can guess why people refer to them as viagra mirrors.

I like their looks, but do I lose the power mirror benefit I have now? The heated part would be nice too, but I have never had heated mirrors and I'm told you can't miss something you never had.

Does anyone have the part # handy for the non-power/heat flip up mirrors that includes the mounting plates, etc. to fit a '97? Got Smoke, I assume this is the 'package that you bought? I used to have a part # that I got off of another sight, but have since lost it. Any help would be appreciated.

those prices are outrageous!!if you are in no hurry watch Ebay and you can buy them for around 200 bucks!!i got mine from there for 182 new!!!just be patient on there. . they show up once or twice a month

Be careful buying them on Ebay- especially "slightly used". There have been a number of members who said the mirrors they are selling there are takeoffs from warranty recall to replace/fix the dreaded "loose mirror" syndrome.

pre 03 power tow mirrors

I found the only set of pre 03 flip up style tow mirrors that are power and heated and I LOVE THEM. I just got lucky and found them on the internet. My set is THE proto types that DODGE decided to not put on pre 02's. I got them from a guy that was froends with someone at the mirror MFG. I guess DODGE could save $3. 00 per truck.

The mirrors are great. We make them here at Magna Mirror Systems, now known as Magna Donnelly. We are the number one supplier of mirrors to the automotive industry. Unfortunately we can't sell them because Chrysler owns them. Anything with an OEM part number is owned by that OEM.



Wish I could help, because I SURE LOVE my POWER/HEATED Towing mirrors on my 99'. Unfortunately, they were made here in the prototype lab.
