Installing a Banks Brake to my 98.5 ISM problem with the wiring installation

So far everything has gone fairly well. Tonight I finished installing a "T" on the APPS, next I'm instructed to install a black and green wire to the solenoid..what solenoid? Don't see one nor any places I can connect the wires to. Spade connectors, I must be not looking in the right spot, I need to figure out what/where the connection is made. Anyone have an answer to my probably simple problem? 98.5 Dodge ISM, stock, 23k miles, automatic, 4x4 going the Banks performance pkg, banks exhaust brake and trans brake kits.

Solenoid would be the Banks supplied vacuum control for activating the the vacuum cylinder on the Brake. I mounted mine on the firewall just to the right of the brake. The solenoid has three ports, the third goes to a little gold porous filter. Want a picture? Chris
