Installing a tach with a common rail swap. Ideas?

I have a friend who is doing a 2003 common rail conversion. He is going to use separate gauges for speedometer, tach, oil pressure, etc.



What's the best way to do this? Is there a pigtail that uses the crank sensor and a isspro (or any brand) box and gauge that does this?



I googled it and didn't see a whole lot for the common rail, mostly gen 1 sensors and setups for conversion to ford gauges.

Isspro has a 3 3/8" programable tach that will drive off the alternator.
