There are two styles, old and new. The new ones came out a couple of years ago, but it seems like for a while, some people got the old style when they ordered (DC trying to use up stock?). I believe they were two distinct part numbers though.



Might want to verify these p/n's are for late model trucks.

Are the two types different in apperence? I'm asking because I tore one of the foam gaskets that came with the lens and had to reorder a whole lens to get just the gasket. When I went to pick it up it was totally different that the ones in the kit. It was a more stream lined model and longer as well as lower. I kinda liked that one better but already had put the kit on. ????????

More ?'s on cab lights

Before I start cutting, it occurs to me to ask whether a truck that does not have the cab lights on it from the factory has the wiring in place for whatever the lights plug into ?? Is it already there above the headliner? Same goes for the temperature, compass system in the console. Right now I have nothing in the console, however, I located the compass/temperature unit at a good price and I am curious whether the "wiring" is there as well.



Anybody know for sure?

Sorry, light wiring is not there. That would be too easy The kit you have should contain a black wiring harness.



Bring a rechargable drill and bits with you on the 12th and we will have those lights installed in no time
