Installing injectors
I replaced my injectors a while back its not that bad once you get cover off,you will see hold downs for injectors remove one bolt from each side of the hold down you dont have to remove both sides you will see what i mean when you get to it . One side slides under the stud. Loosen all the fuel lines going to head, then you have to remove the blue hold downs that hold the fuel lines in place. Once thats done you will be able to move the lines from the head far enough to remove the fuel tubes that are behind the fuel lines that feed injectors. I used a little pick to grab the tubes you might have a little tough time pulling them out mine were a little tight be carefull with the seals dont rip them make sure you inspect them before you install them back. To remove the injectors i used a bolt and threaded it in to the top of injector i forget thread size too long ago. They are going to be tight coming out you are going to need leverage to pull them out i used 2 snap on pry bars one on each side of bolt and pulled them out no problem be carefull where you put the pry bars when pulling a small block of wood works good. Its easy if you can get your hands on injector puller you wont have to go through all that. Putting the new injectors in i put a little oil on the seals so they slip in better make sure injector feed hole is facing toward the fuel lines when installing. Apply a little downforce on injectors and they should pop in. Install all your tubes and lines dont tighten them until you install your injector hold downs i dont remember the torque specs maybe someone else will help you out with that. Install fuel line hold downs and tighten lines. Install Valve cover. Never had a problem with mine good luck.
