Insulation under hood blanket

Just curious WHY you want it...I removed mine because of a small rodent infestation years ago and WAS going to replace it until realized there were ZERO downsides to not having it, ar least on my 3rd gen. That being said, here is a custom aftermarket one from LMC Trucks...generally their prices, merchandise quality and customer service are really good--

I could never figure out where the bees/wasps were coming from every time I opened my hood, until I removed the under hood insulation.

You would have to have excellent hearing (not me) to notice any difference, if any in the sound level.
